Abstract :
A Fabry-Perot interferometer to operate at cryogenic temperatures is discussed. The following possible applications of this device are discussed: stabilization of a laser and precise time measurements; measurements of the change in energy of a resonant multimode gravitational wave detector; and measurements of the expansion coefficient of materials at low temperatures.<>
