Abstract
The global economic integration, business globalization, the personalization and changeability of customer demand, make the competition among the supply chains very fiercely. Suppliers are the "headstream" and the "predecessor" of the upstream control of the entire supply chain, and it will be very important for us to study suppliers. In this paper, we have made a study on the classification of suppliers, and have established an evaluation metrics for classifying the suppliers, and then we use the three-level model of the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation to make a quantitative analysis about the classification of suppliers, which provides a basis for enterprises to carry on the classified management of suppliers.
