Abstract :
In this paper, we propose introducing an audio watermarking system based on Frequency Hopped Spread Spectrum (FHSS) modulation. This technique permits to embed binary data into the audio signal without significant degradation of the audio quality. The proposed method allows also improving the detection reliability and the robustness of the watermark that will be measured in terms of binary error rate. The performances of FHSS, in audio watermarking, will be compared with two types of modulations: Direct Sequence Spread Spectrum (DSSS) and Frequency shift Keying (FSK).
