Abstract
This paper addresses the problem of entity linking for Chinese microblog. The entity linking aims to find the corresponding entity in knowledge base for a keyword in Chinese microblog. To deal with this problem, we propose an approach based on the information retrieval model. First, words segmentation, knowledge base entity reformulation and full-text indexing are used in dataset processing. Then the information retrieval model is used to finding linking candidates. Finally, the entity disambiguation is used for improving the quality of entity linking results.
