Abstract :
During the design and analysis process of the solar array drive mechanism (SADM), there are problems such as the long cycle of design and analysis process and the management difficulties of data and design processes. In order to solve the problems, some advanced techniques had been studied, including the parametric dynamic modeling, the process integration and the simulation data management. Subsequently, a design and analysis system for the solar array drive mechanism is proposed. It helps to accomplish the dynamic parametric modeling of SADM, the automatic simulation and the effective management of the simulation data. Engineering applications shows that both the efficiency and the quality of the SADM design work are improved effectively.
