Abstract
This paper presents a systematic technology to introduce renewable energy into the local system in rural areas of Qira County. Based on the forecasting of regional population, industrial park and per-capita load, the paper **** Intensive Load Area to match for local urbanization plan. According to national standard indexes, special simulation technology tested stability of local power system under the normal operation and dynamic process of connecting and disconnection when different capacity of renewable energy are introduced. To make hybrid system suitable and flexible in application, intelligent controlling system with micro-grid system were applied for township and village power system. the efficiency of renewable energy shows significance in saving energy and protecting desert environment.
