Abstract
This study is designed to validate key experiments on induction of c-myc and c-fos gene expression by MF and or/TPA under well controlled conditions. No significant effects of ELF MF alone on the gene expression was observed, but one interesting finding is that 0.4 and 0.8 mT 50 Hz magnetic field can strengthen c-fos expression in Daudi cells induced by TPA. It is the first time that the result directly prove that MF exposure can cooperate TPA induction in c-fos gene transcription
