  • Abstract
As various e-Health providers gain access to new sources of electronic health data while more entities are collecting evidence of effective healthcare procedures, we research the privacy/security/trust services mechanisms in the expanding electronic healthcare and administration environment to enable mobile e-Health applications deployment. To address the significant trends in e-Health PST rules after Stages 1/2/3 implementations, we have worked on the computational, networking and operational issues that arise from mobile e-Health PST. Our research provides a much needed innovative infrastructure framework to address the new e-Health challenges and requirements as presented in this paper.
