Method of management right value assessment of scenic areas

The paper focuses on assessing management right value of scenic areas, a significant issue which hasn´t been settled yet. Different approaches are identified to set up the integrated assessment system which is proposed with reference to assessment approaches of other fields. The extent of dependency on data, the complexity and the scientificity of the calculation are all factors considered when appraising the suitability of each approach. Based on careful compare and analysis, simplified income method is believed to be the best one for assessing the management right value of scenic areas. The assessing process and calculating method of the main parameters are then presented to make the assessing approach more integrated and more operative. The paper could do contributions to the study of management right value assessment of scenic areas in theory, and in practice, it could guide the assessment work for tourism operators and managers.
