Abstract :
The frequency estimation of harmonics in the presence of nonzero mean multiplicative and additive noise is considered in this paper. We first define a generalized covariance of harmonics in multiplicative and additive noise, then, we construct a Toeplitz matrix using the defined generalized covariance. Finally, we estimate the frequencies form the constructed matrix via the subspace rotational invariance technique. The proposed method has high-resolution and no assumptions imposed on the color or the distribution of the noises. Simulation results demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed method.
