Abstract :
Enterprisers learning is a crucial question in the theory of strategic management. How enterprisers can learn effectively has been a crucial and strategic point for the survival and development for the firms. Based on the network theory, this paper studies the effect of enterprisers´ social network on enterprisers learning. After analyzing 122 valid samples from Yangtze River, we find that strong ties has a positive and significant effect on the enterprisers´ leveraging learning while weak ties has no effect on enterprisers´ exploratory learning. And then we discuss the results. Finally, limitations and implications are addressed.
