Development and application of experimental teaching software in University Basic Computer

"University Basic Computer" is a very important basic computer course for non-computer Majors in colleges and universities which includes not only computer culture, basic computer components and other basic principles and structure of theoretical knowledge, but also Windows operating system, Office automation software, network and other applications. This course focuses on both theoretical knowledge as well as the experiment. So the purpose of developing "University Computer-based" experimental teaching software is to improve the students practical operation ability with intentional practicing, stimulate student interest in learning, and lay a good foundation for learning computer program in the future. In this paper, design concept of basic teaching of Computer software, developing tools, component modules, item bank construction and technology in software has been introduced in details.
