Research on formation mechanism of financing structure of the municipal infrastructure projects based on governance structure

Municipal infrastructure projects in accordance with project discrimination theory can be divided into public projects, quasi-public service projects and commercial projects. The paper has analyzed the transaction characteristics of various projects and the governance structure that matches with the patterns described municipal infrastructure projects. What´s more, it has set forth the relevance of the governance structure and the financing structure, and on this basis, it has established the formation process model about the financing structure of the municipal infrastructure projects, in the same time, it has pointed out that with the changes of the governance structure, the project financing structure should be in the joint development, which has important practical significance that is to improve and optimize the project financing structure of municipal infrastructure.
