Information technology is the key of evolvement mechanisms of finance information industry

This article starts from industry convergence point of view, provides theoretical analysis on finance information industry´s generation and development; deep dive that financial information industry emerged because of both external pushing and internal motivation; confirm that finance information industry is a new industry by industry convergence. This article also analyzes the reason of the appearance of finance information industry from the theory of Information Economics. Finally, the article point out that the key of the evolvement mechanisms of finance information industry is the development of information technology.
