Women leaders have come to symbolize new type of leadership that connotes greater effectiveness and synergy than leadership of the past. As the numbers of women entrepreneurs remain increase and their performance getting better recently, it proved that women able to bring different in leadership and management positions and help organizations maintain a competitive advantage, each leader owned different style among the others. Leaders should be proactive and efficient in their leadership style towards their employees to achieve their organizational goals. Thus, the purpose of this paper is to examine the leadership style among women entrepreneurs.
