Abstract
In order to improve the speed of the GFPB site selection and make it more reasonable, this paper, by taking Beijing as the study and application area, introduces how to establish an efficient IT service system for the data acquisition, processing, transmission, storage, analysis and application of the GFPB site selection through the GPS and RS which are as tools to obtain data, by using network-based information-transferring and -sharing channel, and by means of a set of new technologies including business flow, spatial and temporal analysis alike, which has innovatively broken through such problems as combining MSHDF and spatial analysis method based on GIS, achieved a agricultural decision support system of the capital GFPB site selection so as to provide sufficient evidence for the agriculture-related administrative departments to make decisions rapidly and reasonably.
