Abstract :
In this paper, we propose a non-imaging method to implement the indoor optical wireless cellular system. Design of base stations and portable devices are presented and analyzed. Our design combining some collaborative schemes can improve SISO performance. Based on our proposed system, non-imaging MIMO techniques can perform properly at all receiver positions.
