Abstract
Information quality (IQ) is a prerequisite for the development of S&T information-sharing. However, in the current situation, IQ issue becomes a sticking-out obstacle that seriously hinder S&T information-sharing implementation, Due to the special characteristics of IQ in the practice of S&T information-sharing in China, the existing IQ research literatures can seldom guide IQ management work effectively in this field. Therefore, it is difficult to find key factors which influence IQ, and select the appropriate quality control measures and methods. Toward the goal of IQ improvement, this paper analyzes key IQ influencing factors from two-levels: macro IQ influence factors and micro IQ influence factors. And then put forwards view points about how to select and determine IQ influence factors which really affecting the quality of S&T information-sharing.
