Abstract :
The City of Calgary recently completed a business process reengineering of their application development process. As a result, an Agile Pilot was born. This experience report shows our Agile journey from conception, through adaptation and execution. To help us get started with Agile, we engaged the services of a mentor from Quadrus Development.
