Abstract
The subject of this work is the composite materials containing ferroelectric spherical or ellipsoidal nanoinclusions embedded in a host material. In order to average the dielectric polarization and to find the effective dielectric permittivity of the structures considered the solution to the Laplace equation are used. The nonlinearity of the ferroelectric material was taken into account. The tunability, the loss factor and the commutation quality factor of the composite materials are estimated.
