Abstract
A simple procedure has been developed for the construction of nonminimum-phase discrete-time transfer functions with equiripple passband amplitude response by using the rational Chebyshev functions. In this procedure the poles of the transfer function are determined by the special form of the rational Chebyshev function. However, the zeros can be chosen freely and specified numerically to meet a prescribed group delay and stopband amplitude requirements
