Abstract
The construction industry faces characteristic problems of its own. This papers tries to reconsider them in view of the Post Mass Production Paradigm. It attempts to translate them in a dynamic system model, and to anchor them into “organization mechanics”. The web of production systems is also considered to render a solid foundation to the environmental issues within industrial activities. The PMPP index is proposed as an evaluation mechanism along the line
