Abstract :
With the improvement of automation degree, more and more automation platform is used to replace the tedious manual measurement system. A kind of networking liquid flow measurement and management control system based on .NET is designed in the paper. It´s made up of on-site level devices, on-site operation monitoring level devices and remote management level devices. The implementation of communication between liquid flow control instrument and on-site operation control persional computer (PC) based on Visual Basic 2005 in the framework 2.0 is used to dispatch or collect fixed quantity oil, store the data to remote database in real time. It is valuable for company to achieve networking automation management system in the grain, oil and other industry.
