Abstract :
To advance the recycling of end-of-life products, the improvement of disassembling work environments such as automations and human-friendly work environments is needed. On the disassembling processes used in dismantling/recycling factories so far however, there have been many uncertainties due to the nonuniformity of the human work and varied conditions of end-of-life products such as degradation, deformation, corrosion and so on. Especially the difficulty of the prescheduling of a disassembling work due to the nonuniform work time (tact-time) impedes the effective operation in the disassembling process in the dismantling/recycling factor? Thus this paper presents the flexible transfer system that is suitable for end-of-life-products disassembling process to provide adjustable transportation management irrespective of the nonuniform work time
