Abstract
One of the main challenges faced by modern networking infrastructures is offering high-availability, connectivity, and accessibility to legitimate users and at the same time preventing access for illegitimate users and malicious traffic. We describe common security trends and challenges as well as offers direction and specific solutions for building high-availability secure networks.
