Abstract :
In this paper simulation results that were obtained from evaluations of handover algorithms which are suitable for the specific conditions at 60 GHz are presented. The results of this evaluation put emphasis on the need for a careful transition towards new mobile communication systems using much higher frequencies than nowadays
