Abstract :
Using the data of time sequence from 2000 to 2006 of Chinese automobile industry, we can divide the factors of influencing scale returns of automobile industry into three aspects : skilled workers, non-skilled workers and capital. Then making an assessment of Translog production function model of automobile industry by building it and trying to get the trend of scale returns of automobile industry of ten years by studying the BP nerve network system, we can find that the scale returns of present Chinese automobile industry has not reached the ideal state, leaving some room for development for the production of automobile industry.
