Abstract :
Stability is crucial for the development of a competitive strategic alliance, which will also decide whether the alliance can realize its strategic objective. In terms of outer factors, corporation and relationship between companies in the alliance, this article will use AHP to analyze the factors which influence the stability of a competitive strategic alliance. Furthermore, it will adopt weight quantification to compare the importance of each factor, and make the conclusion, enterprise own innovation ability, core competencies as well as coherent strategic objective are the key influencing factors of competitive strategic alliance stable.
