Abstract :
It mainly introduces that proportional decompression valve which substitutes for original PPC valve is used as priority valve to make up of digital electro-hydraulic proportional directional valve with multiple unit valve, which fulfills digitized electro-hydraulic proportional control for bulldozer working device. First apply Simulink in the software MATLAB to simulate the dynamic characteristic of proportional decompression valve, and then simulate the whole system. At length, it proves that the mathematic model of each part is right through experiments.
