Abstract :
The Fuzzy-PID temperature control system based on DSP technology and single chip AT89C52 was designed and applied in Panzhihua Iron and Steel Co. It turns out through this system high-speed and multi-point sampling, large quantity accumulation and real-time calculation are carried out with small mean temperature difference. At the same time, the problem that the temperature stability of the roaster was badly affected by gas flow, atmosphere flow, spent acid and exhausted stream pressure is solved successfully with this system.
