Abstract :
This paper researches on the lift mechanism of an engineering car, and uses SimMechanics toolbox and Simulink toolbox to establish a mechanic system simulated model and hydraulic system simulated model; uses subsystem encapsulation technology of Simulink to package the modules; then establishes mechanic-hydraulic coupled model of the lift mechanism and realizes dynamic simulating analysis. It also uses the cooperative mechanism offered by iSIGHT to make DOE analysis and optimization design of the coupled system and obtains satisfying results. The modeling and optimization method used in this paper is meaningful to study other mechanic-hydraulic coupled systems.
