Abstract :
In order to get the relationship between conductivity or polarization and electric field and to measure the capacitive current and the resistive current respectively, under periodic wave, a decomposition method is proposed. The leakage current can be decomposed to get the relation between conductivity or polarization and electric field. Under periodic stimulation, and by making use of the change of relation of the capacitive current and the resistive current with rise and fall stages of electric field, the capacitive current and the resistive current can be obtained; then, according to the theory of nonlinear least fitting, the NLS method is used, the capacitive current and the resistive current respectively are fitted, the parameter of the nonlinear model about the relations between conductivity or polarization and electric field can be calculated. The proposed method results completely agree with the model under given application conditions. The simulation shows that this method can effectively decompose the capacitive current and the resistive current moreover it is used to dispose the measured data. The results indicate that the relation between conductivity or polarization and electric field is expressed respectively using the exponential function and polynomial function. The method is very useful to the theoretical basis of nonlinear dielectric properties measurement technology.
