Abstract :
Designing efficient bandwidth allocation algorithms is a critical issue in EPON networks. In this paper, a novel DBA algorithm is presented to efficiently and fairly allocate bandwidth among different users. This algorithm focuses on delay consideration to implement a cost effective and high delay performance EPON network with QoS support.
