Abstract :
This thesis focuses on the cylindrical spur-gear transmission system in accessory drive casing of aero-engine. By using Lumped-mass Method, a coupling vibrant model that includes time-varying meshing stiffness, transmission errors and backlashes et al is established. Employing Runge-Kutta integration method, the governed nonlinear dynamic equations are solved. The steady state responses show the strong-nonlinear behavior of the transmission system. Based on time history, phase plane plot and Ponicare map, the steady state responses are analyzed. Influence of the internal excitation is discussed in this paper. As internal excitation increases, the motion states experience a process from periodic motion to quasi-periodic motion, and then to periodic motion again.
