Abstract :
The growing importance of 3-volt digital CMOS applications is creating a real need for 3-volt mixed signal devices. The importance of oversampled analog-to-digital and digital-to-analog converters in these mixed signal devices necessitates their integration into 3-volt systems. Some of the issues are outlined, and several approaches are presented that may yield solutions for various applications in a 1.0-μ CMOS technology
