Abstract :
Customer loyalty is the important criterion for enterprise to identify customers. Based on the analyzing the according factors which affect the customer loyalty, the paper set up the evaluation system of customer loyalty, and establish a model which can analyze customer loyalty based on Counter Propagation Network.
