Abstract :
This paper puts forward a method for optimizing production cost of a special kind of production with randomicity. This method transforms stochastic optimization into a determinable one. It has two steps: first, by the means of mean production efficiency, the problem is transformed into a discrete variate optimization one without randomicity; second, by the means of penalty function method, the discrete variate optimization problem is transformed into a continuous variate optimization problem. This method is expected to be effective for production cost optimization of mass production.
