Abstract :
Upon the plenitude study of the characteristic of target information acquisition and information processing of bistatic radar, this paper puts forward a kind of target information acquisition method using the receivers´ power variation of direct satellite signal and analyses its fundamental principle. The present situation of passive detection radar based on outer radiation is briefly introduced. The fundamental principle of this method was analyzed and simulations were executed in this paper. All simulation results proved that the method is feasible and can be greatly used in the coarse location of the target with larger quantities of less expensive receiving units on the ground. And a series of experiments have been done to verify this method.
