Abstract :
With rapid development of science and technology and accelerating pace of product replacement, enterprises are facing more and more after-sales service problems of products that have been discontinued or will be discontinued. How to meet the service requirements of these products and minimize the total costs, the order quantity of service parts in the final phase is essential. Service parts have the randomness of demand, a wide variety, low general, long existence cycle and other characteristics. The order quantity of service parts in the final phase will not only affect customer service levels and inventory costs, but also be directly related to the human environment condition. This article analyzed the order quantity of service parts in the final phase under warranty and under non-warranty, and designed mathematical models for them. In the model, the recycling of old service parts were divided into the reusable and the non-reusable.
