Abstract :
Increasing robustness and reliability of data transmission are very important for wireless multi-hop networks. The approaches focused on providing backup paths to recover the data are not suitable in this kind of network for the high cost. In this paper, we proposed a network coding based protection strategy, by sending primal data and coded data from the source nodes, it can tolerant multiple link failures between source nodes and destination nodes without adding any new paths. The theory analysis and simulation results prove the encoding and decoding operational aspects of the proposed fault-tolerance strategy is efficient.
