Proposal for a concept of recommending HbbTV applications and their content to users

HbbTV is a rising standard, designed to introduce interactivity into digital television. With the standard´s expanding adoption, there are more and more HbbTV applications present, and consequently, more and more content is distributed to the end users through the HbbTV applications. This paper describes a proposal for a concept of recommending HbbTV applications, as well as recommending the HbbTV content itself, in order to help users discover it and cope with it´s quantity.
