Abstract :
Game theory has been applied to cognitive radio to control transmit power in recent years. Various non-cooperative power control games have been presented to maximize the utility of users. Based on the game proposed by Goodman et al., a pricing function related to the radio of signal to interference is presented in this paper, which generates different revenue for different CR users to guarantee the equity so that CR users may get higher utility. The existence and uniqueness of Nash equilibrium is proved for the proposed algorithm. The simulation results show that the algorithm can reduce the users´ transmit power and improve its utility in comparison with the power control algorithm via pricing based on power.
