Abstract :
It has been clear that the development of public rental housing will be one of the important tasks in the future construction of China´s housing system. This paper uses the real-option-game theory to analysis the problem of Public Rental Housing development. It aims to find the reason why the current real estate developers unwilling to carry out the public rental housing development and construction. In conclusion, the relevant suggestions are presented in this paper.
