Author_Institution :

Abstract :
A VLSI design is presented which implements 38 unique one- and two-dimensional binomial windows for real-time image filtering at a 50-MHz pixel rate. The largest window is 11×11. The design allows seamless switching between windows for the processing of subimages. Applications of the design are discussed
