Abstract :
Research on embedded file system becomes more important when the mobile devices have a lot of different options: Cramfs, JFFS and the Yet Another Flash File System (YAFFS), etc. Some of them are specially designed for NAND device such as YAFFS. This paper tries to improve the performance when the file system is adapted to the small-sized NAND device.
