Abstract :
This model of a noiseless T-user q-ary (q=2μ, μ integer) multiple-access permutation channel describes multi-user information transmission by q-ary FSK. A multi-user system based on this model, which allows several users to simultaneously use the same frequency spectrum is introduced. Constructive coding-decoding schemes with polynomial decoding complexity are given
