Abstract :
In distance education, students learn without face-to-face contact with a teacher. This paper intends to introduce distance education and identify its advantages and disadvantages and also discuss the Big Five model of personality in organizations. Because most of the people who choose this kind of education are working in companies, firms and organizations, perhaps paying attention to the personality of the staff can make this method of education more effective and more suitable for every type of personality. Another topic to be discussed here is how managers can predict efficiency of distance education for different staff.
