Abstract
In this article, the related literatures about CO2 emissions of import and export trade at home or abroad have been reviewed. After the input-output model has been modified and improved to eliminate the influence of CO2 emissions abroad from import products in domestic intermediate investment, the article calculates the domestic CO2 emissions and its intensity in export trade of industry sector in China in 1997 and 2007, finding that industry sectors of export products with CO2 emissions in China are concentrated by comparison and that emission intensity in most sectors, especially in large-scale export sectors, has been improved. At last, the policy implications based on in-depth calculation on carbon emissions of industry sectors are proposed.
