Abstract :
We investigate the blocking probabilities in circuit-switched networks. It is known that when the capacity of links and the offered traffic are increased together, asymptotically the blocking probabilities are given as if the links are blocked independently. We show that in the limit, the probability that the capacity constraint is violated on any link is given by the blocking probability of the most congested link
