Abstract :
Electronic Information Industry (EII) is an important driving power in the development of economics and society in the world today, and is strategic and basic Mainstay Industry in national economics. Based on it, the FDI control of the industry need attach enough importance. This article analyzed China´s FDI control of EII from market, shareholding, technology, general asset, and fixed assets equity.
